T&Cs: Sierra Escape gift vouchers purchased via our website are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and the cannot be extended past the expiry date. Vouchers issued by Sierra may have shorter expiry dates and are detailed as such on the voucher. The recipient must book and stay before the gift voucher expires. Sierra Escape gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Vouchers can only be used for accommodation purchases and cannot be used for additional experiences. Bookings and redemption of gift vouchers is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers. A voucher doesn’t constitute priority booking. The voucher is worth the dollar stated value, is non-refundable and the voucher holder is not entitled to get their preferred dates on weekends, public holidays or specific weekdays as inventory is limited.
